Canton, Ohio - Lawrence and Dykes Architects is pleased to announce our selection as the Architects for the Northwest Local School District projects. The renovation of the Stinson Intermediate School, Middle School and addition to the High School are the completion of the Ohio School Facilities Commision program.

CANTON, Ohio - Lawrence and Dykes Architects has been selected to design the new Massillon Salvation Army Facility. This new facility will provide the appropriate space and amenities to allow the Salvation Army to better perform their social and religious activities. The Facility is planned for apprximately 18,000 sf including a 170 seat Chapel, Classrooms, Multi-Purpose rooms, Community Education Room, Food Pantry and a Community Closet. LD designers have been working with Captain's Kevin and Tawny on developing a unique plan that take advantage of the former Longfellow School site. The site location of the proposed building is based upon providing the best visual impact while creating a "arms open" welcoming facility.

CANTON, Ohio – Brian Linc, Senior Technician, of Lawrence and Dykes Architects has recently acquired LEED Accreditation.

LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the standard for environmental design in the US. As an Accredited LEED Professional, Brian will bring this expertise to the design and construction of all Lawrence and Dykes projects. L/D was the first to include LEED concepts at Stark State College of Technology with the use of items like waterless urinals in the General Studies Building.
